Policy Details:

Return Policy Please notify us within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization. If the return is due to an order being damaged, defective, or incorrect, then we will arrange for prepaid return at our expense and issue full refund shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. If the return is due to reason other than item being damaged, defective, or incorrect then customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred. Please note , the customer is be responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Before returning a product, please obtain return authorization by contacting us and providing the following information: customer name, item(s) to be returned, and the nature of the problem. Refund minus any applicable return shipping cost will be issued shortly after return is received back at our warehouse.

Damaged or Defective Orders Please refuse delivery if your order appears damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, or have a replacement shipped to you at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible if your order is delivered with concealed damaged. Please include a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any additional supporting documents, like part numbers, and pictures, emailed us. Once we have received this information, we will file a claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf, and you will be given the option to have a replacement sent or receive full refund.

Shipping Policy: Same small shipping fee everything we sale. Includes all shipments within the contiguous United States.
Most items will ship out in 1-2 days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground.
Some large items, like sofas and heavy beds, will ship as CURBSIDE DELIVERY via YRC shipping ABF freight. RLcarriers, or other freight carrier (customer is responsible for bringing order inside and setting up)
Some of our items ship "Signature Required", so someone may need to be present to sign for order upon delivery.
We are unable to ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Shipping Policy

LOW COST Shipping on EVERYTHING WE SELL!!! Includes all shipments within the contiguous United States.

Most orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground.
Most orders ship out within 1 to 5 business days and are delivered within 2-10 business days of the order being placed.
We send out tracking email shortly after the order ships.
Some shipments may require signature for delivery, but most orders ship with no signature required. If signature is required then the shipper will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
We are currently unable to ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
Please note the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.
